Hi All,
I did the update and my game still says the previous version of KI on windows 10 version 3.03. Updated in the store. Also still cant play online, have no multiplayer access. I take it no online fix yet?

Really? A year of experience with the game and a patch so soon? There shouldnt be character patches at all, theyâve brought out 13 characters and theres bugs? Get rid of iron galaxy as developers.
The only patches should be for the cross platform and pc users.

When I click âcheck for updatesâ Windows Store finds nothing. My game is 3.03lotsanumbers. Can someone help me? Is this because I have US region set in Control Panel and I`m from EU?

Yeah if itâs supposed to say 3.04 on the main game menu, mine doesnât say that eitherâŠitâs 3.03 and other numbers after that.
The Windows Store got the update, though.
In reality it is rare for a large game NOT to have bugs. The bigger the game, the more chances of game breaking bugs. Bethesda is renowned for their EoS games as well as Fallout, but EVERY one of their games is buggy at launch.
The reason bugs happen is because the creators canât foresee every variable in which their game can be used nor run.
A good example is KI running on PCs. When created it is tested on optimal hardware in a controlled environment. Every PC is different. Even PCs that are massed produced and not custom is different because people upload different software. Some programs can change how the PC works. Even Virus protection software can cause problems. Game designers have no idea what is running on your system, so glitches have to be dealt with as they come up.

As Community Manager Jebailey said above, âwith the latest update you will see Version 3.03 on your main menu.â

Same issue here ! Did you have some clue to solve it or your shadow jago is still unplayable ?
dude that sucks. I lost some of my data a while back when i had several level 50âs. I would hate to have that happen now as I currently have 12 level 50âs. That sucks that you had to start over. When that happened to me last time they werent able to fix it
I did not see any updates. But I noticed that âPlease pardon(âŠ)â text under main menu has another font, and multiplayer works, so I guess patch is applied.
I havenât seen an update for the game yet either, but mine may have auto-updated without my knowledge. I noticed the icon for KI is now different. Instead of the normal S3 KI icon in purple and green, itâs now the full S3 Killer Instinct logo with the green Xbox Live header on top (still icon sized of course). Also my game will NOT launch at all now, whereas it was working just fine prior to yesterday. Not sure what happened there. Tried restarting my PC with no luck several times. I then uninstalled the game then went to re-download the game again for what seems like the 10th time in order to get it functioning properly. By this point, Iâm getting a Windows 10 store error 0x80073cf9. I was able to resolve that by cleaning and resetting the cache then re-downloaded the game AGAIN. It STILL wonât launch so now Iâm kinda f$&%ed now. The initial KI splash screen shows up, sits there for a few then disappears either on its own or when I click somewhere not in the KI screen. (Iâm running a triple monitor setup)

That is about right.
Its not. Mine said 21gb originally which was the size of the game, but it took like 10 seconds to update and install.
More than 2 hours passed and still updating. How many mbps per second do you have?
