I think that had been the original model for Aganos before it had been revised. But yeah, there’s some cool stuff on ArtStation.
Definitely not- This Aganos was a piece of fan art from someone living in Panama. (Iron Galaxy is based out of Orlando/Chicago)

The artist is from Panama, but he is a freelance artist, meaning that he could have been contracted by IG to do work.
