I’m posting here because I have no idea where else to post. I tried the other bug report thread, though it seems I can’t write anything there because the thread has already been locked.
So here it goes: It’s simple, all my 18,000(18 thousand) gold just disapeared! I have no idea why. Weeks have past since then, and nothing changed.
Here goes my details:
I bought the game back in July 20th. I bought the Ultra Version, with all characters plus all costumes plus 18 thousand gold. I saw my gold standing there in my account and was just waiting to play a little with every character so I can make up my mind in which character I should use my gold.
But, 4 days later(aproximately 24th, I can’t remeber for sure), all my gold just disapeared.
Since then, I tried everything:
Twitter, but you guys did not answer a single tweet.
Microsoft, but they could not help me and said I should try contacting you guys through email.
Email, but I haven’t got a single word in return, 9 days past.
I tried rebooting the console completely(powering it off) several times, even moved it to a friends house and tried using another internet, even though I never had any issues with my internet.
Nothing worked. Please help.

Just a side note: 18 thousand gold is 40 dollars worth of ingame money.
And that’s a lot of money.
