Even if Rare was continuing their work, their update policies would be going through the same policies as Iron Galaxy’s. So a different team wouldn’t solve anything as (assuming and hypothetically assuming) both would want to iron out these bugs at the quickest time possible and at the same time test the game so it doesn’t get left in an dysfunctional state.
Please keep this in mind as IG and MS goes through these bugs. They’re all very aware of the issues and plan on squash all bugs as quick as possible.

I am aware and reading everything and passing a long what I can to the team. They are also keeping an eye on things. Thanks for everyone’s patience.

My biggest bug with the game right now, is that I remap movement to my arrow keys. This remap resets everytime I restart the game. It’s cost me a handful of games. It saves the other controls I’ve remapped, but it always resets my movement.
Bought the Double Combo Bundle on the in-game store on PC, but it doesn’t show any of the DLC characters from the bundle on the Xbox One version. It also doesn’t even show me that I bought the bundle too on the Xbox One.
So this is a problem for me. I bought both the Suprime Bundle and Shadow Jago.
I play KI on my Notebook and have to travel a lot. So I have to play offline since there is no Internet connection in the train.
The game works fine offline but I can’t select Shadow Jago. Every other character works. So I guess this is a bug?!
Music and sound effects should stop playing if the game is not in the foreground. It’s nice that we can use the second screen easily because it’s borderless fullscreen, but it’s really annoying that the music keeps playing at full volume.
While doing a stage ultra with Kim Wu, it instead did her Dragon Dash. It works just fine without her dragons, but if you do the input and have dragons you simply get the dash.
I’ve found a bug with Kan ra and Riptor that breaks the match until the time of the match ends
If Riptor does a Mortar Fireball and Kan ran Jumps and does Swarn close to the moment when the Mortar is going to hit, it happens that the combo counter goes crazy and the characters get frozen.
Even though it won’t install her, imagine how I felt when hearing Kim Wu’s
intro for the 1st time!
I Got A Freaking Dragon!
Maybe it’s just me, but I think they (IG / American Company) don’t realize
that’s kind-of disrespectful! Think about it, it’s just a cleaned-up version
of saying,
A thing with arbiter, if you do a combo into the opener version of LP mercy’s demise that doesn’t reach level 2, then do damage ender, the ender won’t connect. He turns invisible for a moment, and the combo drops without cashing out. It works fine for MP or HP mercy’s demise, though. This actually matters a lot because after jump forward 2-shot he should be able to mix up between the 3 versions directly into damage ender, but due to the bug he’s actually limited to mixing up between MP and HP.
Okay I’ve got some videos of Tusk’s deflect mechanic changing depending on how the opponent was hit:
Here we have Tusk hitting with a raw s.HP stagger, the following shadow move is an opener and unbreakable.
Next Tusk lands a deflect with the same s.HP, but the following shadow move is now a linker, and thus breakable.
Finally we have Tusk deflect again with s.HP against an airborne attack, this recaptures and the following shadow move is back to being an opener.
Regular stagger, then grounded deflect:
Grounded deflect, then anti-air deflect:
Here we have something weird I noticed while testing this stuff. Deflecting with s.HP normally fills the ender level to 3 instantly, but when deflecting the first hit of Shago’s j.HP it only fills up a level 1 ender:
Finally, while in Instinct, Tusk cannot cancel Shadow Skull Splitter when juggling an opponent, making it impossible to cash out any juggle combos involving Shadow Skull Splitter.
First I demonstrate that normally it can be canceled into a new move at any time, and later you can see from the left I am trying to cancel into Shadow Conqueror to no avail:
Kim Wu is able to hit Shadow Firecracker after a Dragon Canon.
After hitting an opponent with a Dragon Canon, she is able to perform Shadow Firecracker and hit an opponent from full screen
There’s been a horrible mistake with Tusk’s default sword and Kim Wu’s default chest.
Every character who has a weapon accessory gets the default weapon color modified by some or all of their color options… Except Tusk.
For example Jago’s default sword gets subtle color changes with his colors 8 and 9. Tusk’s default sword is the exact same color no matter what.
The same applies to Kim Wu’s default chest.
For example, Hisako’s default waist accessory changes color with every different palette. (And, by the way, Hisako’s default weapon changes with each color) Kim’s default chest should, but doesn’t.
