Hey there. Having an issue with the paywall locking out characters on PC that I’ve already purchased with the physical copy of KI for Xbox One. I own the Season 1 Combo Breaker pack on physical disc, and bought Seasons 2 and 3 from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Unfortunately it looks like since I didn’t buy Season 1 online, the game thinks I don’t own that content and won’t let me play any of the Season 1 characters without paying for them again. Microsoft’s support chat claims it’s a global issue you guys are aware of. Any info on that?
It some situations, Tusk’s cr.HP deflect window will recapture the opponent but miss the attack. Unless Tusk has intsinct there’s nothing he can do here and he loses for making the deflect.
I know of at least one guaranteed repro, but I have no idea how many other spots this can happen in. Pretty sure I had it happen against a Sabrewulf but I didn’t notice what caused it.
I’ve lost mine as well. They better fix it soon.
So I still dont have access to my season 1 characters. They say they have deployed a fix but i still dont have them. I turned off my pc version and went into my xbox one version syneced it there again and then turned that off and went back into the pc version again and it said it was syncing the data like it should but it still wont grant me access to my characters even though i can play them on xbone. Any advice would be much appreciated.
I get “missing text” where my fight stat headings should be at the end of each match.
Also, Arbiter doesn’t change colours for me. No matter what colours I choose, he doesn’t change.

Game runs too slow on my monitor. ive seen some stuff about the game running too fast but mine runs too slow.
The audio will play correctly, but the game is too slow.
I’m on pc and I got two issues - my ranked progress doesn’t save, I have to requalify every time I start the game(and it’s not only me, my friend has the same problem). And every time I open the game I get 18k KI gold, which I got when I bought Supreme Edition. What to do? I got like 250k gold already!

The same applies for Shadow Payload Assault: Button > Shadow Payload Assault > Ruin (non-Shadow) > wall crash… This doesn’t cash out white life.
In the Aganos mirror match, a blocked Heavy Natural Disaster doesn’t have the same unsafe bounceback animation that the light and medium versions have. It rolls to a stop instead in front of the opponent instead.
Just noticed that if Aria is killed in training mode she’ll continue to die repeatedly forever. Player cannot access the pause menu in order to quit and must Alt+F4.
This is what some people refer to as “Negative Edge”.
So what happens is, your MK input is converted to a HK input because you held the button for a longer time. It should produce the Heavy Linker and not the Ender. I’ve had an issue with this for ages and asked numerous times for it to be fixed. It has something to do with the input buffers.
You’ll notice that if you just tapped that MK, the Medium Linker will come out. I’ve tested this on a fight stick and it sucks so much to have my Heavy Manual be followed with an Ender (even though I pressed MK or MP).

I experienced 2 odd bugs today in shadow lab.
First, an Orchid player defeated my Spinal shadow, and I chose to avenge the loss…and I noticed at the load screen that this Orchid had no hair, she was completely bald. Now when the match started not only was she still completely bald, but her legs were completely invisible lol she was just floating torso
Next I got a notification that my shadow had defeated somebody, and I was curious to see if it was my Spinal or my Rash so I watched the replay, and something similar happened. My Spinal was missing his head band, the big thing on his back was gone, and his sword and shield were completely invisible. Same in game, no head band, the thing on his back was missing, and his shield and sword were completely invisible for some reason.
I can’t actually get into the game. I get to the screen that says “Press Menu/Space”, the logo falls away, then it just leaves a black screen with the music playing. I made it to the login screen one time, but it failed to log in and went back to the black screen following. I haven’t seen that screen another time since then.

1-Game randomly closing down after a few seconds when looking for a match.
2-And this is a serious one! im randomly(not often) getting BSODs mid match ONLY during online games, it says something like “bad pool caller”

When I search for a game online after about 30 seconds or so the game just closes to desktop.
I bought supreme edition of the game on Windows 10, but my achievments still doesn’t count.
PC player. Supreme edition owner. Consistent crashes when searching for ranked opponent. Windows event viewer logs a KERNELBASE.dll as the faulting module name.
