Unfortunately according to a recent tweet by the official KI account, those skins are forever exclusive to the figures and their inclusion was a mistake. A user in another post pointed out that the Xbox/Windows version didn’t have the color 10s from the figures so they took them away from Steam players.
OUCHHHHH i mean i would gladly buy them on steam as DLC. Even i get figurines i can’t use them on steam + figurines are no longer exist. They promised with all content unlocked they kept it for 1 day LOL !
