Hey, I bought KI Gold with the wrong payment method and would like a refund (only to rebuy using another method). I contacted Microsoft Support and I was told that this was possible but I would need my in-game currency and/or obtained(by the currency) items removed as well in order for them to initiate a refund. After removing all of obtained Gold, I am to be given a reference # as proof they also said. I was originally looking for a support line for KI but couldn’t find one so I resorted to this =(.
