So I’ve been playing on the pc since S3 launch and I have been able to run the game perfect and at max settings this whole time up until just now. I went to go play exhibition, and once i started fighting the screen tearing started. Now it won’t go away. Restarted my computer and reran the performance test for KI and still nothing. Most posts I see people say it’s been an issue for them since day one, but nothing about it starting randomly. Went to go play Black Desert Online to see if it screen teared but nope it was running fine. Any idea what’s up?
Take a photo of the screen
Try switching Vsync on or off, depending on what it is now. Also try switching from windowed to fullscreen or vice-versa.
Another thing, you may try and update your gpu drivers.

No problem. 
Can you turn vsync on and off on PC? I don’t see a toggle.
For me I had to go to the Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Global Settings > Vertical Sync
If you don’t have Nvidia just search google, basically what I did.
