After I got the update that included General Raam, I lost my ability to
play the game offline with all characters except Riptor. It looks to be a
bug - and I’m not ruling out user error on my part. Just as a sanity
check, I tested my other games in offline mode, and they worked as
normal. Prior to the update that included General Raam, I was also able to play KI offline with
all characters.
Here are my parameters:
-Purchased Season 2 Ultimate Edition (all characters through Seasons 1 and 2 except Shadow
Jago, all retro costumes and colors unlocked, KI Classic 1 and KI
Classic 2)
On Xbox one you should be able to download every character to your HDD:

There is no fix for the offline certification issue on PC.
This thread:
has 1.5k views and still not a single word from the devs. For many people the game is currently online only.
