How did the battles go everyone? Hopefully things went well.

Well? Well, yes and no. The streaming aspect went fine - the participation aspect did not, however. There was only myself, Flutter, Worm, and Sasuke - that was it. Flutter decided to stretch the matches out to 3 outta 5 to win as a result.
Flutter played Omen exclusively, and Worm played Riptor almost exclusively (I think he might’ve turned toad a couple of times). Sasuke played quite a few characters, including Fulgore which made me salty because I couldn’t react to the full-screen heavy laser (I had to anticipate it instead). I, of course, played the golem.
After a while, it was just me and Flutter - that’s where the real fun began. I decided to go ham and play nearly the entire roster. I had several great fights, beating him soundly with Thunder, Cinder, Kim Wu, Tusk, and a few others. As the matches progressed, however, he started to catch up and take me down a few pegs by beating out my Hisako, Glacius, Sabrewulf, and so on…
All in all, it was good fun, but it was rather brief, I think.
If I was home I would’ve joined… Sigh
My connection messed me up so bad.
Bummer on attendance though I say that knowing some weeks people got ■■■■ to do. I missed this week as well. Hopefully next week. I’m loving the full screen laser. Gotta be fast to confirm off it.
I’m still stunned that we didn’t have more. Being the 1st weekend of S3 after its release, I thought we’d be overflowing with regular attendees and newbies alike.
Went to the zoo this saturday with my family. Could be just random events conspiring to keep everyone busy.
Once i saw you were playing the entire cast, i figured you weren’t playing serious, so i started trying tech i haven’t tried before. Needless to say, it failed 99% of the time.
I miss forum battles. sigh
