Yes they are and that is why they are listed in each seasons description as being included in the bundle lol just because you get to use them if they are on the free rotation doesn’t mean anything. You do not OWN them unless you BUY either the character and stage separately or get the CBE or Ultra. You can have your opinion if you want but I will happily quote Rukari again in a post he made saying stages were included in the value of the Ultra.
No it is not “like” i am saying that when in fact I said the contrary in my previous post. You are the one saying that putting words in my mouth to get across a made up point, not going to work.
I really do not care anyways lol I made my point stages are included in the value never said the Ultra should be 30$ like others was just making a point that the Ultra has less content but it still gives you value in gold and lifetime 2x xp which isn’t content but resources for the game plain and simple some people agree with that some don’t.

I’m actually thinking of making the full switch to Hisako for S3. Air Shadow ORZ, teleport cancels, Stagger on s.hk with full wrath, 2 flipouts (ground and air), juggles from ORZhp. So much awesomeness.
Yeah the fact that they buffed her in a more fundamental way makes her even scarier than before. I’ve always had trouble with Hisako, TBH my best chance against her is with Omen or Glacius.
If I see an Omen player, I’m pulling out Riptor. Omen has too many fireballs for Hisako.
I’ll take Glacius on with either though.
I always fight Riptor with Cinder, but maybe after they nerf the startup on her tailflips I’ll reconsider.
I hate Cinder with every fiber of my being.

Me too, everytime I play against him online, there is a guy who does like 120 hit ultra combo on me everytime. It pisses me off.
For some reason, I only get that guy if I absolutely bodied him the round before.
Oh well *sigh maybe it’s tomorrow.
Tomorrow we’re getting Arbiter colors/accessories so that’ll be awesome.
