I know that, but people on the forums have said its been teased that the gold will have other uses in season 3. Right now that gold is essentially worthless to players like me who like to unlock things the proper way. I hope we hear something soon though.

Awesome. Saw a post the other day of someone pretty confused, so the more clarity the better. The seasons make perfect sense in my eyes, but being here since the announcement of the game is probably why lol. Glad to hear it’s coming though!
I don’t care much for costumes and don’t mind the extra grinding for XP. Plus I still have KI gold from Shago I haven’t used.
Perfectly fair, I have a feeling unless they add some new uses for that gold for season 3, my gold is gonna go unused too, which was why I was and continue to be so vocal about the shady pricing for season 3 ultra.

I fear for when the season launches and the ultra is still 40$ without the 18k gold.
I for one will be busy playing the game but feel bad for anyone who will be lurking here.

I feel bad for anyone who doesn’t preorder, because the value which is already iffy drops even further at that point.
