Ki won't start

So idk if this is because I bought the DE when owning the digital version. Ki won’t load at all. Won’t go past the ki screen not even an intro video.

This was my fear about getting the disc version. 100% my digital version of Ki, and Ki classic one and two do not load at all without the disc.
