How were breakers not guessing in old KI games? Or do you mean you miss the unbreakable combos that broke the game for Cinder? Seriously, just learn to counter break or hit a manual at the last moment, your opponent will get locked out if they just mash a guess and you’ll be able to do ■■■■ near 50% damage in that one combo (which will remind you of KI 1).
Also, you mention top level players breaking combos on frame one and calling it “random.” How on earth do the same top level players “randomly” end up in top 8 all the time? Do you really believe that they’re just consistently lucky?
umm because top players have access to top players they can practice match ups at a higher level then most ppl can breaking a random manual after a opener is ranom as ■■■■ and i seen a ton of top players consistently do it and actually take a win as a result
So people shouldn’t win if they make a great read? Also, if good players are good because they play with good players – why aren’t you playing with better opponents? With online, this forum, the facebook groups, and the shadow lab there’s really no excuse to not be able to play people of higher skill, unless of course you feel you should be winning without putting any effort in.
