KI season 2 and 3 character lockout

Greeatings all,

I purchased the PC version of KI (don’t have an Xbox one) and the Season 3 pass to have all the characters. Was working fine before the 2 new characters (the Gargos pack) popped up and now all of the characters from season 2 and 3 are greyed out and I can’t access them.

Any ideas?
