KI Gold used on pack, Xbox freezes and don't receive the pack

Used some of my KI Gold to buy a Crimson Fractured Ward pack. As it brought up the purchase screen my Xbox froze.
I had to restart and when I went back into Shadow Lords I had lost my 2000 KI Gold and not received any of the items from the pack.

I can’t find any support features and just wondered if anyone could help?

Please post this in the bug thread so we can be sure the dev team sees it. Unfortunately I don’t have anything I can suggest other than that. : /
