KI Gold not received (Steam)

Hi!

Purchased $39.99 worth of KI Gold, and haven’t received it. I’ve tried reaching out to Iron Galaxy (twice) via their “Contact Us” section on their website, but haven’t heard from them in almost 2 weeks. Is there any other way to contact them?
