I came across this on the Killer Instinct fandom page for Jago, and holy hell this is awesome! Why was this never made?!

From Kev Bayliss’ Twitter post: “Here’s more original Killer Instinct concept art I sketched back in 93. An early design for JAGO who was always pencilled in (literally) to be a NINJA. I removed all netting, as it was too noisy when rendered. A bad drawing, but enough to help me begin modelling our blue Ninja!”
