There are some positive KI posts although I agree most posters there favor SFV and MKX.
Most people would have prefered what we usually get, minus the game, and a reduced price. Which would have made the most sense. Then again, maybe the gold is gonna be useful, that blog post.

The way I see it, is would u pay £31.99 for a new game with 8 characters (but only know of 4 of them upfront) and 3 stages with no confirmed game modes…when u can pick up most other fighting games for around that price (£39.99) with much bigger character rosters and knowing all the game modes and you will probably get some basic accessories too.
Whats with the demanding of everything today, Rukari said he’d write the blog, he’s just waiting on something, even if it takes a few days. You could still pre-order then…the pre-order is up and will most likely continue till March 29th.
I guess that is part of the problem. You’re essentially paying money upfront on faith that the upcoming content will be great.
I understand part of why all the info isn’t released as it builds hype throughout the year with teasers and stream reveals as you go instead of blowing the load in the beginning of it.
To be fair, IG has been really good with almost everything released in S2 despite a very late start taking over for Double Helix. I’m still excited to what will come in S3 now that they’ve got a full year under their belt.

I bought season 1 and 2 at launch, so excuse me for not seeing the value here. KI gold and a booster to me is stuff they put in to excuse keeping the price the same. This thread isn’t gonna get closed, because its a discussion, we aren’t all gonna be happy with pricing, and people that aren’t happy about the pricing should be able to discuss it without fanboys calling for our threads to be shut.

Calling it crap is a tad strong, but I agree with some of what he is saying regarding the value of the stuff included in S3.
I want the thread to be shut because of how disrespectful you made it and also how you have replied rudely to some commenters on your thread.

I’m generously asking this question but how is this thread spoiling your hype and excitement?
I haven’t used the word crap in awhile, I admit that was a bit much, but the pricing just doesn’t seem fair right now.
Yeah I am kind of neutral with this, on one hand I think IG might deliver a beast of a season with new game modes and hidden extras and the other a season which feels flatter than the previous 2 due to the reduced content and lack of new original characters.
It’s funny I played KI from the snes days and really liked the game, but the characters which interested me most into actually owning the latest version was Kan-Ra and Hisako. Hopefully the guest characters has the same appeal to a wider audience but otherwise as hyped as I am to play Kim Wu and Tusk the characters are not as interesting as the new original ones that came in season 2.
