Doubt it. IIRC Watcher was also in the menu before he actually came out.

Definitely not out yet.

We will announce it when its ready and 1st put it up as limited time OWL pack, where you are guaranteed 1 rare or better Owl. Then we will move it to general packs on RNG.

This is what we did with the tiger and watcher as well.

We will be doing announcements every Tuesday for new stuff coming that week.
