Sorry but I don’t actually think they wanted Nightwing in for story purposes in the first place. If you recall from the first game, they always used Regime Nightwing which was Damian Wayne. Now in Injustice 2, it’s Robin Damian Wayne instead of a Nightwing costume because that actually did confuse me for a while. It’s like in MKX where characters like Liu Kang, Kung Lao and Kitana have normal costumes but are actually revenants. I get that he’s your favorite though. It happens

I’d love to see poison ivy get the classic black shoulderless bodysuit with leaves
I’d love if Robin just got a costume that alludes more to nightwing ( I do love the blue shader and that you can take his hood off) but I can understand
What about the robin fans from last game who like classic Damian and didn’t get him. At least nightwing is available in the first game.
That’s the sucky side of twisting characters’ storylines about in clone fashion.
I.e. I’d hate if marvel vs capcom infinite added revanche to the roster and not Asian Psylocke

Yes I hate that my street fighter disc has to be in at all times of play( not that I’m playing it lol)
