Here’s an idea: During instinct mode, glacius’s hail can cause the opponent (upon impact) to decrease speed, as if they were frozen and they have to keep moving for about 2 seconds or so, other wise they will freeze still, giving glacius the advantage. The freezing effect can also cause white (potential) damage.

I’ll admit it sounds neat, but it also sounds like a mix between Kan Ras curse and Cinders burnout. I was interested in Glacius maybe receiving a teleport or a teleporting hail just because of the tease we got.
