There’s no achievement for committing suicide with face punch.

I actually did a small test with that. So if you let his instinct drain to near empty and continually hit himself to regain it by the time he regains a full instinct bar he pretty much kills himself from a full health bar.
Not practical in any sense of the word, but it’s funny.
