How to unlock this dossier: Umbral Militia lll

Someone could help me! It is the only dossier that I need to unlock and does not leave u_u

I believe you need to complete the mission “an infiltrated in ultratech” to get dosiers from umbral militia. I am not sure.

I already finished that mission in all the difficulties and they do not give me anything

Have you tried making different choices in the mission/the missions leading up to it? It could just be a matter of picking a certain path you haven’t tried.

If I choose another option in the mission, I suspend the sequence of 4 battles.

Once you complete the mission you can choose if you want to go to the armory or to the data base of the terrorists. if you choose the data base you will have bigger chances to get the dossier.
