If you asked me a few years ago what I thought about f2p games I’d probably say they were pretty crappy, but spending most of my time playing and enjoying Smite, Neverwinter, and World of Tanks I’ve become a lot more open to F2P titles, Fable Legends and Gigantic also look like 2 very good F2P titles. I so far haven’t run into the issue of micro transactions which is the common complaint I hear from most people against F2P titles, so what do you think?
Depends on the game and what type of F2P. Killer Instinct F2P is great. Clash of clans,candy crush,games of war,etc are just cash grabs and I hate them.
Yeah, if done properly, I don’t mind F2P at all, but when companies start to get greedy like Rovio and the mess they’ve created with Angry Birds 2, I don’t even waste my time on them.
