I had left the game on for a few hours yesterday (Christmas day) and happened to check the store before logging off for bed at about 11:30PM ET. The banner at the top said holiday items were available for a limited time. They were the old accessories and skin for Orchid. I went into my character customization screen and made some loadouts with the accessories, but the Orchid skin remained locked even though I owned Orchid. I thought it was a small bug and restarted the game to fix it, but then it was all gone.
