They really should release this info Monday at the latest, just to give consumers of all economic statuses a good two weeks to make arrangements to purchase S3 in any of the forms its available.
Believe it or not, a lot of people don’t even know the release date of S3. You’ll often see one or two posts on FB articles or Youtube comments of ppl asking “When is it coming to PC?”. I believe giving S3 a price will bring more interest & validation in the eyes of the general public; but its imperative to give the pricing news enough time to spread through media & word-of-mouth before launch day.

Ultra can’t be 40 dollars, since there is no classic game to bundle.
Likewise, Combo Breaker shouldn’t even be 20 dollars since it includes less content than previous iterations. 5 less stages is pretty major.
I’m betting on a discount to current owners to atone for this fact.

I wish they would announce the pricing and purchase options already. It is literally the only thing I am waiting for in terms of announcements at this point lol

Am more surprised they haven’t announced the price so that they could rack up pre orders which are confirmed sells. Every day they don’t open up pre orders is a day they lose a sell. If they opened up pre orders today they could have had every add from now until release mention to “pre order now” and gain a momentum of sells. This would be especially useful for the Windows Store which needs to exposure because people will mostly only buy the game day one and then it will fall of hard. A lot of PC gamers don’t even know the game is coming. Not only that but because their is no “pre order now” at the end of each trailer everytime potential new fans who come from Halo don’t keep up with KI info and won’t follow up with purchasing the game.
