so me and @SonicDolphin117 had a set (a very fun one) and we found out that gargos crouching medium punch is plus 3 and as a gargos player i think its nice and good but is that intended?

It’s plus 3 and can hit the opponent on block 7-9 times before being pushed out of range from point blank.
Considering it’s also a pretty good poke for a character like Gargos…yeah.
Granted, we’re basing our knowledge off the frame data in the game (which we know is wildly incorrect on occasion; Maya’s axe kick is NOT +7) so we could be wrong. But it seemed pretty ridiculous while we were playing.

I saw this already in a nice tourney that took place in Chile. The subchampion was a pretty good Gargos player, he played like a…“footsies Gargos”, it was great to watch him.
I thought it was plus 1. If it is 3 then that’s probably a mistake. I hope it stays at 1 though lol
No, it’s always been plus 3. frame data and testing have proven this. This has never changed.
I saw max doing cr. M punch into L. Reckoning a lot. After I started using this setup so much also made me realize how good this move is 
. It’s also pretty safe if whiffed despite having more range than most of his normals.
