Hmm well usually the block strings are also a bait. What character do you mainly use?
Well I used turbo buttons to test this. I went to training and recorded Fulgore doing light laser into jab. It was mashed out. Put it on playback. Block laser and mine always won. Now for medium,trade always happened. You can also see who jumps first to decide if it is plus or minus.

They recently changed his laser advantage, they probably forgot to adjust dojo. Trust the recent patch notes unless it is actually bugged.
Is there a way to counter that cm.K + L.Blade Dash without meter ? I got myself stuck in this blockstring every time and no matter what normals i try yo use i usualy get hit first.
Any advice?
I’d generally block the attack or if you have an invincible DP you can use that against them.
L blade dash is -2 on block. So outside of a dp, press buttons. You’re just slow on the ball.
