It was mentioned in the Primal Rage topic but I felt this needed to be its own to lower the risk of getting it locked.
So here it is. Judging by the looks of it. The interest is at 78% for yup.
If they do this, I’ll support them.
Same here. I’d be COMPLETELY down for a kaiju fighting game by NetherRealm Studios!

If Boon is worried about copyright, there are tons of creatures and characters to draw from in the various mythologies across the world, including Orochi, the Wendigo, Kronos, the Cyclops, Hekatoncheires, the Hydra, etc. There’s definitely shortage of possibilities.
I beleive the selling point is the monsters for the films. Of course there’s also the option of making original monsters that also take on the tropes of Kaiju as well.
Even so, I think if he’s interested, he should go along with it.
