I found this on Kev Bayliss’ twitter posts. Apparently Riptor had a more cartoony look, but the cobra aspect was much more prevalent here:

I hope the cobra aspect returns in the next KI. It made Riptor really standout from a lot of the other dinosaur designs, plus she looked pretty scary, especially in comparison to the reboot’s design, which felt kind of…flat.
