Yes, it’s actual throat singing. Mick Gordon explained it long time ago. Either way, the people working on the music are completely different from the people working on the game so you can’t say they’re wasting time that could be spent fixing the game.

I prefer a new theme that I can use in any stage, than, dunno, 2 new stages.
Or they used the money they had already planned to use for the music. Music doesn’t randomly become more expensive because they did a little extra research before recording.

Didn’t mean for it to come off that way but to answer your question yes in a way. His theme utilizes Tibetan throat singing and chants.

lol. I guess…or how about, 1 new stage with a stage ultra? heck it Dosent even have to be that. there’s a million different things to spend cash on than some over politicized theme. In theory (cause I’m not their accountant), this certainly has to make more sense.

I like every char having their own theme, and one of the reasons the original KI attracted me, and one of the strongest pros of this one, is the sound, at all levels
Eagle’s theme will be part of this legendary soundtrack, and I’m very happy about that, and even more seeing the detail and love Mick (back then)/A&C(now) are giving to the soundtrack
really don’t understand why you’re so upset about a development team choosing of their own accord to represent a marginalized culture in a positive and mostly accurate fashion in comparison to just making a mockery of the culture by rendering it through the white gaze. just makes it look like you have something against indigenous people imo. you should probably chill on that.

honestly, it’s not about “individualism” or whatever, it’s about not saying stuff that’s weirdly aggressive towards people/groups of people/cultures because they willingly choose of their own accord to be more empathetic to accurate representation. and it just looks very strange and uncomfortable to see someone harping on a dev for their choice to consult a group of people they wanted to represent in their game. i just don’t really get why you keep pushing this “wahhh the sjws” when it’s not even that.
if DH/IG felt like that because they were getting harped on by alleged “sjws” (can we stop saying this stupid term now?), then maybe you’d have a point, but i would still be questioning why representation makes you so upset.
