Directional tracking in game limits juggles

The auto tracking in this game is really starting to upset me. When an opponent shadow uppercuts, the move is active and i teleport for a punish< the opponents moves switches sides. Gargos is probably the main culprit as his shadow teleport punches remain active for so long.

as the video show its clearly affecting juggles too. The opponents momentum in air goes away from me, but when i teleport behind the momentum changes sides like its zipping all around. It looks trash and i did compensate by using medium lazer, but my options are severely lacking now because the games physics are broken as ■■■■.
I mean fulgore can barely juggle now and it seems this fix has something to do with aganos’s whiffing specials and now its trickled down to me/us.
