Rules-

-2-3 matches

-Can switch characters in between matches

-No Instinct Ultras/Extended Ultras

-No Poor Sportsmanship/3 Strikes

-All Characters Allowed

-No Forfeiting Unless Under Emergency

-No Talking During Matches/3 Strikes

-No Conspiring

-Full Host decisions

-No killer leagues

-Must have less than 10 days of play time
