While KI doesn’t need to have the high production values of, say, MKX, it needs to be consistent in its delivery. There should be no reason why some characters should be of lesser quality that others.

im more worried. ig cant animate ki… they added a sword to his dp just means more monkey ig animations. they are going to kill this character

Wait. So Aganos is horribly animated? Hisako? Cinder? Aria? Kan-Ra?
There are 8 in season 2 characters that have amazing quaility and are consistant, 8 characters that are animated perfectly in season 2
There are zero FULL characters in the game (Season 1 and season 2) that do not have less attention to detail.
Remeber Omen and shadow jago skin are bonus characters, they were madetTo keep people happy instead of waiting for a month ( 3 months in shagos case)

So hiasko and spinal are look terrible…? Riptor, and Aganos? I don’t see where you people are coming from. They game looks great…

There isn’t any inconsistencies, if TJ, Maya, and Omen are you main examples than those can easily be explained by the fact that TJ and Maya were IG’s first two characters, they were still new to making KI and learning. Kan-ra was an improvement and everything since Riptor has been A+ material. Omen again was a bonus character, they told us he was going to be cheap before we saw him so he’s not really an example of inconsistency.

You listed 4 characters that you admit are subpar in their production values compared the rest of the cast. I don’t know about you, but that’s the very definition of inconsistency, regardless of when they were made or whether or not they are a bonus character.

I can explain everything. TJ is stiff because he ripped out his cybernetics and needs to get used to being normal again. Maya wasn’t active for a long time so she needs to get used to fighting again. Omen just left Jago but he doesn’t know that many moves so he copied. Your point? Consider Omen isn’t there since he is a bonus.

Ik. But they are valid reasons for the inconsistencies. TJ and Maya were the IG’s first two characters. Omen was meant to give them more time. Nothing wrong with that.

How about we all just get HYPE that Shadow Jago is ACTUALLY coming out with a new move set. Like Promised, IG delivers. If the animation isnt up to par with someone like Kan Ra or Hisako, That’s fine. If animations throw you off from a character, then don’t play that character. There are many more.

There’s always gonna be people who are never happy. I just can’t wait for sago and season 3. They’ll have sf5 to play if they don’t like ki. I can’t wait for both games to land
