When I was doing some CPU matches a while ago I noticed that the CG followups not working right on Kim Wu and Tusk. After the first hit the manual would not connect except for some instances where I walked forward by a little, increasing my chances to hit by just a little. This leads to not being able to connect the second CG as you should expect. I can expect this is a glitch unless the MU was horribly in Riptor’s favor 
. I hope this will be fixed soon as I can’t get the full damage off my reversal on those characters. The only time this works consistantly on these characters is when I go ahead and finish with my LK. Then I get the flipout but still not the full damage.
May want to report it as a bug in the bi reporting thread.
