Has anyone had this particular issue, on the Windows 10 Version of KI? Where they would purchase one or both of the new characters whether they be Kilgore or Shin Hisako. After they are bought, the screen will say “Processing Premium Purchase Request” it stays on this screen for a while and when it does disappear, the newly bought character are still not unlocked. I have had this issue when I purchased Kilgore and now it is happening with Shin Hisako. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and still nothing. The second issue is that I have purchased the Ultra edition of season 3 when it launched. The added bonus of 2X EXP is not showing up at the character select screen even though I purchased the pack. Does anyone have any solutions to either of these issues?
