After leaving the game on for a while when I comeback to it the characters frim S2 and S3 are locked. I got all the characters by the way. I have to restart the game to have them back. But just in case I wanted to let you know
You Should probably put this in the bugs reporting thread but it happens to me all the time.
delete your dlc’s. reinstall. done.
