Can't use Shin Hisako despite owning her

I recently noticed a bug in my game. Despite me owning Shin Hisako, I cannot use her. She shows up as “Available” in my store page and if I click her, it tells me I can install her. But it does nothing. Just says: “Processing premium purchase request”. After that it just wants me to install her again.
