I purchased the Killer Instinct edition with all DLCs before the Anniversary Edition was released on my Xbox Series X. I received the upgrade for the current X|S generation, however I’m unable to update my copy to the Anniversary Edition. I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the game, as suggested in some forums, but without success.
What can I do to update my copy? If anyone can point me to the appropriate support channel so I can try to resolve this issue, I would really appreciate it in advance!
