The MK9 bookends were nice and so was the controller.
cheaper statues. like $20 or less. maybe $25. If they have to be small then make 'em small we see Street Fighterās Ono running around with the little $5 blanka toy
maybe for the shirts and cups, have something where we can pick our ki images, and have you guys put it on the shirt or mug.
do you have keychain things yet? You can have things like the various weapons from the game- Eyedolās mace, tonfas, boxing wraps, etc.
Loads Of things, lol. Life sized in game items/weapons or in the case of KIā¦probably a piece of art. I canāt show it to anyone, but just imagine itās incredible or the leather vest/jacket <3
Halo Reach limited edition. The box was solid and lore-based, and Halsey journal was really cool and offered a lot of sweet insights into the game. The Halo 2 and 3 LEās were also good (Halo 3ās creature book was pretty awesome in particular). I havenāt been a fan of the more recent efforts from the series though. 
A lot of you seem to think this is about KI. Go broader. Seriously want to know what the coolest things youāve ever seen merch-wise are!

In response to this, i will change my answer.
The best merch i have ever seen is merch that helps non-cosplayers be cosplayers.
We cant all make our own weapons, accessories, clothes ect. so anything that REALLY stands out and resembles an item / asthetic from a game/movie/show is awesome.
Replicas, unique apparel, and other bright objects that help us clearly represent what we love while standing out in a crowd.
Swords.
Oh I just remembered something! Iāve got an autographed copy of Ozzy Osborneās autobiography.
I distinctly remember that I waited in line for a few hours, then walked up and told him āThanks for inventing heavy metal!ā I actually got a chuckle out of him! It was pretty sweet.

Iām one to gravitate towards real versions of in-game items. Swords, guns, the RC Cl4p-Tr4p and the like. The upcoming RC Coonmobile for South Park Fractured But Whole has my full attention at the moment, provided the Season Pass content is worth it.
For what I have, I got the Arkham Origins Collectorās Edition with the figure.
Metal Gear Rising was my first collectors edition. Got a plasma lamp with Raidenās sword in the middle!

Branded controllers are good. It helps if they are good quality and have functionality beyond just the game (insert sad face looking at my dusty KI Te 2).
But a cool enough Glacius Xbox controller? I would buy it even though I donāt need it and wouldnāt use it to play KI.
I still have my large vinyl banner from MK4ās Road Tour when they let us get a āhands onā preview of the first 3D Mortal Kombat, before it came out in arcades.
I also really like my Horde WoW Hoodie. It has a very subtle etching of the gameās map inside the hood, and has thumb holes at the ends of the sleeves.
Posters/Mini Posters are always cool too.
Generally speaking, I think you guys are headed in the right direction so far with your quality apparel designs and action figures.
Iām a huge advocate for frame-able posters. Iād certainly pay top dollar for some high resolution prints of the KI castsā hero artwork.

I would love to collect a set of KI themed punching puppets & yell c-c-c-Combo breaker while I hitting my friends in the face with a silly little punching puppet!
