They said on twitter you’d be able to unlock it in all modes, it’s also used as Gargos’ background in his hero art, so assuming it’s gonna be his.

I wonder since there are no walls it seems, though obviously you can learn the floor pattern, as with Kan-Ra’s stage. No wall on left at all.
Yes there are walls, if by walls you mean physical boundaries that fighters cannot cross.
