So Ive been playing all the Assassins Creeds the last month or so and I never knew about this game. Not much talk about it at all and you cant even buy it on the XBox store or PS store. It says its backwards compatible but you cant buy it on the 360 store either… its says you can but I kept getting an error.
SO I thought ok Ill buy the 360 disc and play it from there… well I just haven’t went and bought it yet.
Glad I didnt becasue I just stumbled across this commercial while checking my Xbox DVR clips for the Bug thread.

For those that do not know about this game it is an Assassin turned Templar. It tells the story from the enemies point of view this time… the Templars. Its also based off teh Blag Flag engine so its basically black flag in the frozen tundra with a naval ship. Also New York in the pre revolutionary era.
I played this not too long ago… I enjoyed it… I wouldn’t ever buy it for myself because Ubisoft has given up trying to fix this series
but I did like it it…
Assassin’s Creed Rogue CAME OUT LITERALLY THE SAME WEEK AS Assassin’s Creed Unity so anybody can be forgiven if they never heard of it. Plus its good they’re remastering it so now it can get some proper Exposure.
The same week as unity? Why did they do that? Seems odd how often and how many releases they have made.
So far I have enjoyed every one Ive played EXCEPT fro Revelations…OMG its crap! LOL
Now I haven’t tried the remastered version on the Ezio trilogy but the one that was given out free on games with gold…ugh
Because this game was meant for people that hadn’t upgraded from last generation consoles. During that awkward time frame where last gen is on its way out but not dead enough to start ignoring, devs have to release two versions of their games, one for each gen. Most will just release a watered down version of the same game, others will create an entirely separate game. This is one of those games.
Ok…seems like an odd business decision money wise but Im assuming it worked out for them?
I just wish Syndicate was in 4K like Origins… it would be absolutely EPIC
Hell yeah! I dont see anything wrong with it either. Lots of great games in the past that just control horribly. Remastering makes great use of new tech that makes games play so fluidly.
I bought the one with the natives in it, never finished- the one I remember free download started in a ship you maneuver out of a lake that has a crazy map-

Yeah I meant to say Native Americans but …owell, at least you understand what county I meant exactly. Being there isnt a main Assassin creed game that is in India.
THats cool though the guy with the wolf, can you be him in the game? I havent played enough of 3 to get that far, Im still on the boat.
