Now I have been watching some clips from EVO and I saw some amazing Arbiters did he get buffed or something but he is crazy good from what I saw.
That is some outdated footage you are watching, back when Arbiter was a candidate for Top 3.

Things have changed a lot since Evo
To see how good Arbiter is now. Search recent vids of KevBones. There’s some footage of his Arbiter play on youtube from this years KI World Cup, day 1 I believe. Like most of these characters in KI, in the right hands, they can be pretty tough to deal with.
