Also, when you beat the quests, is Eyedol Permanently Unlocked, or do I need to do the quests next playthrough to get him again?
The questline starts with Kan-Ra’s Request, then they’ re marked by numbers depending on how many missions there are in the line (ex: 1/4, 2/7 etc).
Once finished, Eyedol is permanently unlocked in SL.

Beware!!!
If you choose to destroy his soul when he offers himself as member of your group, you will kill him, forcing you into repeating all the quest chain
