It would buff some characters way too much. You know Cinder who has that low damage and needs to do a right set up to do a lot of damage? He can do 48% damage. You know Kan-Ra with all these set ups? He can know do 48% damage as a punish.
No, no Annihilation type moves. How many people on here hate Kan Ra, now imagine him having an Annihilation move. You’re trying for ages to get close to him being extra careful to hit the swarm scarabs and then you get hit by annihilation type move. You know how rage inducing that would be?
They would obviously balance the super moves, for example Jago wouldn’t get 48% damage, maybe he’d get a super fireball that had to be landed raw that gave him back a set amount of health. The amount would be more than one fireball juggle but less than someone would get by opening up someone twice. Just throwing a 48% damage move on everyone would be silly.
