Is this issue being worked on? It’s been so long now. I’ve tried everything people have suggested and more. I really want to play.

okay so I had a similar issue where the DLC screen would loop for me forever and eventually I contacted windows support.
The only thing they did was update windows ten and then it ran. I don’t if that will help you but thats what I had to do. Check to see if you have any windows ten updates that havent been done yet.

I was wondering why my KI on October wasn’t working good to know I’m not the only one.
I think this is happening to a lot of people, but they’ve already moved on and so it’s become a “non issue” to the devs and fans.
Damn I hope not.
