Check out some YouTube videos on modded SF4. Even Max was modding SF4, I think he liked Asura-Evil Ryu the best, but there are some hilarious ones like Abel Borat, Ryu Optimus Prime and such.

Even if the modder can only see it, they can upload the lewd mods to YouTube where everyone else can see it.
