I had it installed. Due to an issue ms suggested uninstall and reinstall. But now it downloads entire 30 gigs and then gives 0x80073CF9 error. If I try to hit reinstall it downloads 29 megs and then does it same error. If I retry it does entire 30 gigs and same error.
I tried troubleshooting store and it reset the store and did something to the cache. Also ran file scan and it said no inconsistencies. I checked if those 2 required folders are in the windows system directory. They are. Could it be that there are files left or something that need to be manually removed? ms support hasn’t helped so far
