Season 3 Launch Issues

This. I want to play Killer Instinct ranked, but it’s really hard to give a damn when my rank keeps getting reset, and I can never face opponents of my skill level.

When i m searching for an online fight the game get close without any error message, any solution or at least idea of what makes this problem?

Mentioned on twitter didn’t get a reply, the last few hits of Kan-Ras ultra don’t hit. The opponent simply falls over and there is no “Ultra Combo” sound

I’m having some Cross-buy problems. I have purchased Supreme edition on PC, but it is not showing up when I log in to my xbox. I purchased it on day 1 (and I logged in to the S3 servers on my xbox beforehand) but it doesn’t show up. I have deleted and installed KI on my xbox and nothing happens, and it doesnt show up on “ready to install” either. I currently do not have xbox live right now if that possibly changes anything (and I did not have gold when I bought S3)

I’ve been having an ongoing issue (perhaps this issue has already been discussed) where I would search for a rank and wait, then suddenly the game closes immediately. This is happening on PC atm, and it’s been an ongoing problem for the past few days.

Its mentioned in the release notes for the small patch that the rolled out. Though it said “improved support”, not exactly sure what that means.

Fulgore and Aganos seem to have issues with each other.

When Aganos is in the corner, Fulgore’s doesn’t exchange sides when using Shadow Plasmaport. Also, Fulgore seems to have a hard time carrying Aganos with Fulgore’s Blade Dash linker during after instinct cancelling his Ultra.

It seems my rank gets restarted everytime i exit the game. I just reached silver (done the promotion fight in bronze, then played one match as silver). After restarting the game im back to qualifier?!

This is on Windows 10, the achievements arent saving either in the Xbox app.

I was finally able to pay for Shadow Jago in the store, now the Store page comes up in-game as expected. Also, the game does not seem to be randomly crashing with Intel Iris graphics cards, huge thanks for that!
With he latest build, however, I am unable to play as Shadow Jago. When I try to select him, the game says “processing premium purchase” and freezes, till I switch back to its window. It does not matter which mode I try this in, story, survival, practice, etc.

After the update the game keeps crashing during online search in the PC. Plz fix that cuz its really annoying. I can only play a few games till that happens or if i´m unlucky i get it during the first game search.

¿Where can i download the patch? I entered to the game and it told me “There is a new version of Killer Instinct available for download. Please, download the update from Windows Store to continue” but when i go to “updates and downloads” in windows store i cant find nothing. I am from Argentina

This happens when you’re using software to prevent Windows 10 from spying on you. If you temporarily disable such software, you will be able to save your progress. You are free to re-enable it when not playing KI.
